Hey guys, today i tried out the Polyfibre hexablade string at 1.25 with a tension of 58 (neutral for my racquet as its + or -5 either way).... was a terrible experience i normally generate huge top spin on my forehand and i found with these strings it was so hard on my hand and just not topspin could be generated... could it be that the strings were just strung and they could loosen up next hit??

I normally use the Kirschbaum pro line II strings to generate my heavy topspin on forehand so I think i may have to head back... thoughts???

Recent studies showed that spin is created by strings snapping back and with a six sided string there is so much friction that restricts it from doing that. But IMO, if you have loopy topspin form shaped string will generate topspin from gripping the ball.
