Does anyone know if string tension is affected by air travel? My racquets need restringing now but I am going to Florida for 3 months and wondering if I should get them strung down there instead of before I leave. Any info will be appreciated.

I flew to DC and back over the last week and played tennis twice and didn't notice anything other than the old balls seemed really flat, so air travel may affect balls not in the can, but the string I used seem the same as usual.

Only if the compartment your racquet is in is extremely hot. Ohterwise, your strings won't be affected.
