I'd like to have my Dunlop Aerogel 200 strung with Luxilon Big Banger ALU Power 16L but, I don't know what tension I should have it strung at. I was thinking somewhere between 55 and 58 pounds but, I'm not sure.

Also, if I go outside of the reccomended tension range for my racquet (55-65 pounds), would that damage the racquet in any way?

I use the Aerogel 300 myself and just had mine restrung with Luxilon Alu Power Rough @60lbs which is mid tension for the frame. The noticeable increase in power was noticeable right away. Previously had it strung with Tecnifire Pro Redcode @60lbs and the string just felt bad. I think the 200 should be fine at 58 with those strings.

I have been playing with strings for the past 4 months. ive tried most anything that i thought would help with spin and control. so far i have love BB rough at 58 lb.. but i am now playing with signum pro Hextreme 16l mains and babolat vs team 17 crosses both at 58. this I love. spin power and feel. I noticed that full lux rough felt dead after about 12 hours of play. hope this helps.
