    Here it is:

    Fischer Vacuum Pro Mid (90)

    One-Piece Stringing
    Length: 34'
    Short Side: 9' 6"
    Recommended Tension: 37-53 lbs
    Start Main: T
    Mains Skip: 8T and 8H
    Mains Tie-off: 6T
    Start X: 8T
    Last X: 8H
    X Tie-off: 7H

If you have the Vacuum Pro Classic 90 (rec. tension: 48-53 lbs), the short side must use the 5 grommet hole channel in the throat.

    Hey thanks, Jester.

The tension range on mine is: 20-24 kg, 43-52 lbs. Frame does not say Pro Classic 90 -- only Vacuum Pro Mid Size and Mid Size 90. Does what you said about the Classic apply?

Lastly, if you have any string and tension recommendations, I would very much appreciate them.

    Thanks again.

It seems that you don't have the Classic version so ignore the last comment on my previous post.

For polys, I'm partial to Kirschbaum P2 strung at 5% less than normal and for syn gut, I go for Gosen OG-Sheep Micro. I usually go for the lower half of the recommended tension range to get rid of that "boardy" feel.
