Hey guys I'm nit sure if this should be here or not but I would just like to let everyone know abiutthis amazing backboard trainer that I use in back of my house. So I really enjoy watching tennis and always wish I could play and hit pops like the pro. But working so many days and courts being hour away and me feeling shy sometimes because I suck and don't want to embarrass myself" even though I tell my self that everyone sucked in tennis at one point. But that stopedme from learning tennis for few months and then when winter was ending I decided to pick tennis up again after seeing this backboard that can be used indoor back yard or at home where u have a good amount of room for backboard. After getting it and assembling the product the first day I play it was usual ball flying everywhere etc. Next day less ball flying. Then another day less and less and I was only able to hold 3-5 ball really with the backboard. One week later just using the backboard when I'm home from work an hour a day. I found myself able to hit my best 34 rally. It literallytook me 3hours too. Because when I practice I set a goal and I also play against the backboard with tie breaker rules. For every 15 rally it would be a winner point in a way. And. I found out that 15 was best number it will vary for others. Because I knew it was difficult to do 15 in a row. I postfix backboard 1-6 1-6 2-6 lol ! But after the match against backboard I push my self that I can't go in the house unroll I hit 30 rally balls in row against the backboard. It kept me hitting and playing for another good two to three hours. I'm sure this backboard will help beginners but I can't say if it will be good for intermediate and advanced. I notice there's nothing about this backboard and thought I share this. It really help make my dream of playing tennis come true becausesometimes I have days where im not motivated to do anything but. I'll be like ima go out back hit few balls and smole some weed andd it clears my head and makes me feel great!! I love tennis!! And hope everyone will be tabletop learn in there own comfort zone with the backboard. It is on the pricey side so I really would recommend it for someone that has limited time but want to practice full extent to get consistent strokes as a beginner. I really can't telly if it's effective for the pro guy because the ball rebound isn't hard or fast and it's comes back as if someone toss it to u witch really helps a beginner like me get position and have the right feel for when and where to hit. Any questions I can try answer best I can as I also want to know if this backboard is effective for the ato pros hahaha

You lost all credibility when you posted that sentence.....

Also, use paragraphs instead of typing one big slop of words that no one will read.

Eh, he reminds me of a Holden Caulfield that would play tennis to me.... :)

A Tomic-Gulbis match would be interesting..

To pushed Nadal and is a good player. At least he's not a screw-up like Capriatti...

It was 900 total. With shipping cost 99. I opted for rebound thing for shorter distance as I have limited space and it helps alto. I typed everything off my new Sony Xperia z sorry. I was bored and thought thrown something quick up for strokemaster.

And what does smoking weed have to do with losing credibility.... It's legal where I live and you have no idea what I have been through... Messed up my back practicing serves then got hit and run not once but twice and overtime I thought about going back to tennis but kept having fear it would make my backpacks worst. So far this is really hhelping me keep active and out there. I throw in a few practice serve because I just love fast balls hut other then that I just use the backboard for practicing my strokes.

As a tennis player, using drugs like Marijuana is a huge no-no..

Research 'the effects of MJ' on google..

Uh.. don't you have insurance for physical therapy? Painkillers?

You shouldn't practice serves no more than 10-15 minutes a day... Using proper technique is also recommended...

Your post reads like you were smoking weed. You must live in Colorado! Hey, backboard works for anyone, beginners and advanced players. Try practiceing without weed, though.

Lol how about you take your advice and do that so instead of using a natural organic medicine you tell me to pop multi pills ie it takes 3-5 ibuprofen to do anything for me. Lol marijuana helps with focus and pain if u train in tennis then u know all sorts of pain occur and marijuana will help u in the training because u can pass tthrough that slight or majors pain even if it's not recommended and you are somebody like me that really wants to play tennis even though I'm in pain. I just practiced another 3 and half hour with only few minutes break and didnth eeven know time pass. And at the end of my 30 rally I felt like holy shot I am improving drastically. Marijuana also helps in aiding the destruction of brain tumors. It's no difference from cigarette and alcohol millions died fron both. Zero died from marojuana.

Wow. Maybe you should just smoke more weed and forget the tennis. Then you might feel really, really great!

Honestly I dont care what you do. I find it funny the way you just throw it out there though. Not being motivated and going out to smoke some weed and hit balls. LOL. It usually doesnt work that way from what I have seen. Weed as a cure for lack of motivation?

What a nice chap. I dont think anyone realy cares that you smoke weed. Its your life. Just dont expect people to endorce it. I am old school though. I am not even gay or bisexual....thats how old school I am.

But hey smoke away. I have never seen it make people more productive other than finding a place to get high or buy junkfood. Of course smokers will debate productivity of smoking weed all day but I have never seen it.

It appears that reason would be able to settle this.

I don't care what you do, but if you are playing in a league, you should notify your captain about this because the drug usage will be a hindrance to the team.

Source? Do you actually need a source from the internet?

This is how players get injured for not doing their homework.

Try to practice your first serve for more than that and see what happens.

Just as I thought; it's your opinion. Mind you, I never said I needed a source from the internet. I asked for a source - period. I was hoping you'd reference a book actually, but obviously that's not going to happen.

"...using proper technique is also recommended.." lol ya think?

For things like this, you don't need a book source. It's just common sense. If you want to practice your first serve for 15+ minutes, be my guest.

I posted that because people believe they gain something just by hitting the backboard without a goal or with someone. At least practice something that you need to work on, but most people don't do that.

I don't mind you smoke. I do mind your absolutely GIGANTIC single paragraph. Makes it really, really hard for for those without weed to read.

So pass it round or edit your post adding 8 to 12 paragraph breaks. Put spacing anywhere. And congrats on using your tennis board. Glad to hear you're getting lotta practice.
