i know i have very good strokes and stuff but just the last week or so, i lost everything and am not able to hit in the sweetspot. most of my shots were either frames or major misshit. what could i do to concentrate on my shot so that it would hit the sweetspot often? (beside the obvious "watch the ball" cuz i tried doing that and it still doesnt work) thanks

Use the Hit Bounce Hit method.
You want to time your stroke by saying 'Hit' at the moment the opponent hits the ball, then 'Bounce' when it bounces on your side, then 'Hit' when you make contact with the ball.

Bungolow Bill has written extensively on the subject so maybe a search might help. :)
