    how do i improve more penetration action happening on my forehand? somone told me to reach longer and hit through it but.. i always thought i done that and he say i add slice to my topspin forehand dunno.... i think im not lowering my racket to be parallel to the ground am i right or wrong? suggestions please

    Hmm, looks like s/he wants to improve the (how my coach puts it) as a straight through action of the forehand ie keeping the racquet head vertical and movement horizontal if you like for as long as possible, this basically allows for a larger margin of error for timing of the contact point of the ball as being humans we do not have perfect timing for our strokes:p

    The other part i'm not so sure about adding slice on a topspin? they're completely opposite strokes topspin is low to high (while hitting straight through) while slice is high to low with a straight through action... so i'm not sure how it's possible...

    hit out in front and drive thru the ball more...
