I have 2 pairs of wilson tour ikon shoes I'm about to send back. I've never done this before and was wondering how Wilson is in replacing legit claims. I play everyday on hard courts and have pretty much shredded the toe box and the underside around the toe... at work so can't post a pic at this time.

My experience with them was excellent. Sent the Ikon back and got a Rush Pro in less than 3 weeks. Loved Ikon (esp given the sale price) but I hear Rush Pro is even better.

My experience was bad. Their shoes starting splitting at the seams after about 4 sessions. I called them: they had a lot of questions: where you bought this, how much, was it an authorized dealer, do you have all paperwork, etc.
I unfortunately, could not find the paperwork/receipt. They did not accept the shoes. Ever since then, I decided to pay more, stick with more reputable brands, and never had any troubles since.

I go through the warranty process about three times per year and can't think of one manufacturer or company that would accept shoes without a receipt. Also, with a receipt, there would be no need for all the other questions. Wilson are reputable and are not to blame, but at least it seems you've learned to keep your receipts.
