I want to swap a 4 5/8 i Prestige pallet out with a 4 1/2 i Radical pallet thus making both of my i Prestige frames the same size grip. Is this doable without breaking the pallets?

Has anyone done this successfully who can provide me some details? Tried to buy 4 1/2 new pallets but only avail from pro shops apparently.

I need to do it myself to keep the cost down.

    Help?

Head stop making pallets for distribution about 7-8 years ago so you won't be able to find any new pallets. Can only find used pallets.

I recently acquired some new Head pallets from a member here. He's in Europe.

Can you let me know where you got them from psp2? I'm in the market for L2 and L3 pallets.

One other idea--if you cannot find pallets--is check the bay for cheap, crappy, broken head sticks with the grip size you want. You may be able to find a good deal and take the pallets off the junky stick to put on your good one.

    Just a thought.

I wanted to buy a MG Radical and switch to a more square pallet. (like wilson, babolat, etc)

    1. Does anyone know where I can buy the correct pallets?
    2. I wanted to change the 2HL balance to 8HL. Does anyone know the best way to do this?

You can still acquire pallets. I do from my local tennis store. I swap pallets all the time but I think you can only do it with HEAD players frames. (MG Extreme - MG Prestige). Becareful to notice the TK number for your frame. Those pallets have a specific weight to balance out your frame. Just use double side tape to stick them on and make sure you stable the butt cap nice and snug.

    Cheers,

    Mike
