If the race to year-end no. 1 was tighter, I'd probably root for Federer. But since his chances are slight even winning here in Basel, I've gotta root for Del Potro. Federer's won here plenty.

Good but his QF match was better. A few more shanks but not that many. BH was working around 60% with occasional winners. That good thing though is that he was cruising in his service games and I think only got to deuce once without facing BP in the whole match.

Yeah, but yesterday's delpo would've been spanked.

Anyway... after that IW match this year, I don't see Delpo winning in a near future... that was his best shot.

Judging by their level of play, Del Potro has a good chance tomorrow. But even if he can dominate from the baseline it won't be easy to break Federer who is serving well again.

It could be a close and entertaining match, though in the end I see Federer winning it. Let's see if Delpo can prove me wrong!

Because tennis is a business and Federer should not be doing anything for free while he is so marketable. That tournament should pay him whatever he wants as it would be nothing without him.

What's funny is Troll1bob makes no mention of the joke of tournament that is the Serbian Open. If anything is laughable it's that pathetic excuse of a tournie that should be dropped to challenger level it's so bad.

And too bad for Troll1bob his hero will never be as popular as Fed or Nadal. Sounds like he knows that, and is munching on some very sour grapes because of it.

Excuse me Clarky my old dear,

True that. Many people throw in the "I have friends who are Serbian" in order to justify their hate.

Clarky's Djokovic ranting has been getting worse with each day that Nadal fails to play a match on the tour. She no longer even bothers to check if anything she is saying is even true.

I hope Fed takes it vs. Delpo tomorrow, but I wouldn't be too upset about a loss.

It has nothing to do with where he's from. I have never once said a thing about not liking Serbians,so as far as checking to make sure what people say is true,I think you need to take your own advice.

BS. I have never liked him and have always said so,Nadal or no Nadal.

I was just messing around with TheF1Bob, as I don't really think that everyone hates Serbians. I thought I was on your ignore list anyway, so I feel a little embarrassed. :) He was fair in having a go at all the tournaments which are basically parades for a certain player, however.

Everyone is well aware that you don't like Djoker. I'm sure he is not that bad.
