Tcs 16

    Interesting... Most of the TW tester player profiles state that they prefer the 16g. I wonder why they prefer the 16g when the 17g would theoretically give one more spin.

    IMHO, spin isn't everything.

    There's also directional control to consider, and ALSO theoretically, if you have less material striking the ball, you would have less consistency in response, and as a result, less directional control. This is a really simplified model, but it becomes quickly apparent that thinner is not ALWAYS better.

    ive used polyfibre 16, 16l, and 17 and i like 16l the best because it as the right amount of spin but it is also durable.

    I can only speak for myself, but I found the 17g too lively. The 16g TCS is still a lively co-poly, but offers more control and doesn't lose tension 'quite' as quickly - which is the only downside I've found with TCS.
