I sent a email to pro kennex regarding sponsorship of my entire team. They offered to give everyone on the team a preferred package program. My team finished in the semi-finals of the state playoffs and our #1 doubles team finished 2nd in the state. Do you think I should present this deal to my coach or not?

I also sent one to technifibre but haven't got anything back yet.

My school is J.H rose hs in greenville,nc

It also depends on what your state athletic association rules are in regards to sponsorship programs. In some states you are not able to be sponsored. This is really no different than getting $$ and gifts for your sport if you are talking about playing for your HS. It is a lot more relaxed if you are just talking about playing USTA tournaments/etc.

They will probably offer you a good deal, but you should try TW. I think they will sell a bunch of racquets to school teams for a good deal.

it's pretty easy to get player packages from pro kennex. a number of players on my junior college team have bought packages from them for outragously cheap prices. a ouple of years ago we were able to get like 3 rackets and other accessories for like $150 i think.....it probably cost more now with the higher racket prices. i say go for it. you're offer will more than likely come through.

The guy told me the more people who do the package on my team the more discount we get but he said I could just do it if I want.

Volkl has a high school player package program, that has no requirements, so as long as ur a high school player or coach u can order the package

Jonny tell me how your heritage s hits. Why didn't you demo before choosing your racquets?

They are sending me 6 racquets to demo all I have to do is supply a credit card # to ensure they are returned safe.

Of course I didn't make the team get them I have decided to go back to prince and found the perfect racket for me in the prince tt warriors os. I picked up one because of much acclaim I'm planning on picking up 3 more before christmas. We as a team decided to saty with our own rackets.

yeah i agree, I'd shoot you if you tried to force me to give up my N6.1, and then make me pay an extra 250 for racquets i've never used before :p

Where'd you here about this Volkl program? Do you know if any other companies offer something similar? I'm a high school player and I would definately be interested.

Go on the Volkl website, click on U.S. Team Volkl, then click on Volkl High School Program.
