Can anyone recommend a string that is similar. I like the string but it looks weird in my yellow yonex rds0001.

OK are you playing tennis cause you want to hit the ball well and beat up on as many people as possible or just look good while on the court ? Pro Hurr tour is Yellow, that will match well RDS 001.

If you like it, it shouldn't matter what color it is or if it matches. I have PHT 17g on my RDS 001 MP and it looks and feels good, but it is a coincidence. Right now I have my RDX500 MP strung with blue ALU. Looks like crap, but I like how it feels.

I've never seen the point in color coordinating strings with your frame. However I use Pro Redcode and a Dunlop Aerogel 300 so it does match somewhat. I really like the feel and power I get with the string though.

the shop where i work was asked to give or feedback on the hurricane tour string before it came out in the early summer 06 i think now. i was using
001 mp's at the time actually and the first 2-3 times iplyed with that string it was amazing, then bang, went muchy and rubbish! spoke to babolat about it and they said to pre stretch 20%, am gonna try it in my o3 blacks. getting back to the point, the string is very good, just looses tension quick, but if you like redcode, it does not matter about colours, just look at the thread about nadal trying red strings in his pro drive, looks good!:)

Babolat Pro Hurricane, Kirschbaum Competition or Big Ace as some good options that won't clash color wise.

My favourite copoly to date in the RDS001 mp is SPPP, which gives it a soft springy feel to combat the stiffness. You can get the Pure (white) version to take care of any color concerns.

What about KLIP Optic Nerve, Leopard Plus Control, and Pacific X Force, all in 17 gauge?

Many polys go dead, like Pro hurr tour, alu power, Signum SPPP, not sure about REd code, never tried it. Kirschbaum seem to hold its liveliness the longest, but even this one goes dead

I play with a LM Rad MP and I have SPPP in the mains and a syn.gut for the cross. The SPPP goes very well with the orange radical, but most of all it plays very good. Im going to test an I.prestige with the same setup, but the orange looks like crap:)
