    WOW!

    So much misinformation!
    In another thread, the TW staff claims only US is getting this, now, the TWE confirms they will have it...

    Get it straight, TW(E)!

    Yes, that's interesting... but I am more curious about price and possibility to demo though :)

    Not much to demo -- if you like the PT630 and iPrestige -- this is their baby :) Soft and great control, decent spin and more power than the PT630. And comes in a light package so you can customize it.

    Just 10 days ago the TW folks clearly stated these sticks will not be offered outside of the USA. So, a few posters from abroad ordered them to my house and I shipped them overseas :)

    Now, all of a sudden, they will sell in EU...

    Hello,

    well, actually both informations were correct at the time they were given. Please note that there are 8 weeks between the TW answer and the TWE answer.
    To make a long story: Since TW and TWE are both partners of ATP, Tecnifibre decided that TWE can carry the racquet as well.

    We will update you here once we have a confirmed delivery date.

    thanks,
    Stefan/TWE

    Hi, is there any more news on this racquet appearing on TWE? Even if it's just an estimated release month?

    Thanks.

    Hello TWE !!!

    Almost 250€ for a racket ???

    Is this some kind of bad joke ?

    In the TW-US this rackets cost 179$ = 137€ !!!

    This must be some kind of a bad joke ...

    Yes, please tell us that's not the real price on TWE. It's 50 EUR more than the TFight 320.

    I think it was just an error when posting the product on the site. The price is different now.

    @Carefree, ART ART,

    I just checked the price isn't 250€ - sometimes we make errors and you guys catch us like Carefree noticed :) Let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks so much for clearing that up, Siobhan. Do these come strung from TWE? Do any racquets?

    I ask because in the UK, most racquets here do come factory strung.

    @Carefree,

    When you buy a racquet from us you can either choose to get it strung or leave it unstrung. If you want it strung by us, we have a choice of strings that you can choose from when you go to the checkout. If the racquet already comes strung from the factory, we classify that as "unstrung" by us - if that makes sense, and we clarify with the customer what they want us to do with the racquet: cut out the factory string and restring it for you, or leave the factory strings in there.

    Thanks Siobhan,

    I assume that if the racquet is indeed factory strung than it will say somewhere in the description. Is this correct?

    @Carefree,

    We don't have it in the description but when you place your order, the CSR department will contact you to find out if you want to put in the new strings in that you ordered or to keep the factory string in there. We can then refund the cost of the strings or ship them to you with the racket. Hope that makes sense.

    Thanks Siobhan. I just ordered it anyway. I figured that I wouldn't really want the factory strings at mid tension if it had any, so nothing to lose really.

    Sorry to be a PITA.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Siobhan/Stefan,

    Are you definitely getting these in stock on Monday (website says 20/5)? I would want 2 x Grip 4. If so, can you tell me how long it would take for them to arrive in the UK assuming I order them on Monday (and need them strung by you).

    Cheers

    David

    Hello David,

    problem is that Monday the 20th is a bank holiday in Germany.
    We can check for you on Tuesday afternoon if we have received the rackets and update you here.

    thanks,
    Stefan/TWE

    Hi TWE guys,

    The website currently only has the grip3 listed to be in stock in 20 days. Is that the only grip size you will be stocking?
    Also, how many will you be getting? Is it worth ordering now - do you take the payment at the time of shipping?

    Thanks for your time

    @ls206,

    I just talked to the buyer to make sure I can give you the right information - we ordered those rackets from the US and are waiting to hear confirmation on exactly when/what we will be getting into in regards to numbers and grip sizes. I think he took them offline (sorry about the confusion, he literally just placed the order and that's why it was up on the site like that), to make sure he has the right information before someone, like you :), orders them. I think we'll hear back soon so will let you know the situation.

    Hi Siobhan,

    The website lists the 315 as being back in stock today (23/07). However, it still doesn't appear to be available for purchase. Is there an updated "in stock" date?

    Thanks.
