Teflon Tube and Head Teflon Grommet

    Head introduced a new technology called "Teflon Grommet" on its new version of Extreme line. Head claims Teflon Grommet can reduce the friction between strings and grommets, thus creating lower energy loss, higher power and better sweetspots.

    I am wondering if we can just achieve that just by using the widely-available Teflon tube?

    Besides, does Head's Teflon Grommet work well? From the only two TW feedbacks, it seems to suck.

    I tried it for about 1 hour and i feel no reduction in friction.

    Anyone know if they plan on using the Teflon technology in the CAP grommets?
