It's the 3rd day and Fed is just about to get started on his match. Hope he wins in a good match (i.e. hitting Davydenko of the court) :).

The coverage in the UK has been okay. I guess I've been spoilt in that I'm used to having a choice of matches to watch at any time. Having to watch one court (and worse Venus and Andy following each other) was painful.

The tennis hasn't been great quality either.. too windy on the court though the Moya-Enqvist match today was good from a spectacle point of view. It's nice to know that the wind can play havoc with pro games as well as my own :).

The attendance has been abysmal. I know there are plenty of other events to watch but this has surprised me. Even Badminton has a greater crowd than tennis!

All in all not bad.. but not great either for what is supposed to be a showcase event for Tennis. Just hope the wind dies down more and that the schedule some better games for the only court they have a camera for live transmission.

I also live in the UK. Seeing as I can't get digital TV in my area there's no chance of watching any tennis here now that Tim Henman's out :(
