do you think casual glucosamine intake will help prevent future tennis elbow? or at least help in doing so

My advice is do EVERYTHING (that can't hurt) you possibly can- Glucosamine, arnica, wobenzym-n. Not to mention ice, massage and PT.

I think it is a great idea as a preventative, but I would start when you are in grade school to get the best effect.

Are you using any vibrating damping on your racket? I would perfer you using the worm damping that gamma has thats work really good and help keep the racket nice and smooth.

My knee's started bothering me 7 or 8 years ago, and Glucosomine and Condroyten really seemed to help. I've been taking them 7 or 8 years now, but I got tennis elbow about 6 monthes ago. So, I wouldn't say it's a good TE preventative.
