I'm going to spend a week in both Mallorca and Barcelona. I noticed that we are staying really close to the Vilas academy. Do they have half day sessions there? I briefly looked at their website and I didn't see anything other than weekly programs. Do you have to be a club member to play on other courts in Spain?

No you don't have to be a club member to play on any public courts in mallorca or Barcelona. But Vilas and and Global are two different animals on Mallorca for sure. READ REVIEWS they are important. I met with the Director of Vilas and walked out of a meeting from the way I was treated. Sad but true.

Barcelona is sensational for programs if you find the right system for you!

    Hello,

I am also interested in Global Tennis Team and wonder what the weather will be like in late July and August? I am concerned it will be too hot to really take advantage of the training.

Does anyone have any experience with Global Tennis? Has anyone boarded at the Global Tennis Team academy? Or can you recommend accommodations near Global Tennis?

Potentially, I will be traveling by myself and wonder what the experience would be like if I boarded at the academy?

As much detail as anyone can provide would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

Perhaps I want to know more about Global than you meant to ask in your original post. My apologies! Should I open a new thread just for Global?

    Thanks again,
