There has been some talk about a new tennis match variant called "Sprint" around here lately. Anyone here who has tried that and can share their experiences?

For those that don't know what "tennis sprint" is - each match consists of "best of three tiebreak games". You typically play it like this:

Four players warm up on one court. Then everyone meets everyone in these "sprint" matches and then (if there are many players) the winner goes one to a final stage (could be similar type of round-robin matches).

How long does a typical 4-player round-robin set of matches take?

Does that tactics differ when playing "tennis sprint" (ie, perhaps one should go for broke directly before the opponent can find any rythm?)
