Thanks you so much BC. If i ever buy one I think I will do a custom for my crazy weight. BUT!!one of the many reason I called it quit was cause my story of low back problems. I use to come with so much pain from surfing in the last times(thanks tennis for coming back to my life).

Next time we see each other we talk about surf life:). Enjoy the swell, hopefully at one point winds turn offshore for you with head high waves.:)

I love diving too. Used to go with my dad all the time and we saw several hammerheads. Have not been in a few years. Last time I went diving I got the bends in a cavity and those were 3 horrible hours. I can only imagine what true bends feels like ...

I swear to god, I hope one day become a senator to create a law prohibiting nerds from bear arms. That's why we see those mother fuukers shooting innocent people in school.

Had a not so fun match last night. Was up 5-1 in the 1st set with a set point on my serve, lost 7-6. Was up 4-1 with a game point on my serve, lost 6-4. I had to call an ambulance for that choke. :(

    You dont get around much!

That is BAAD. In a tournament in Pompano. In the semi's - I was up 5-1 and lost the set 7-5 and lost the second 6-3. I really questioned why I played tournaments and put myself through such mental anguish. But you win some and you lose some. I was down 10-4 to Dohn in the 3rd set tie breaker and won - so I got that going.

    Who did you play?

Cool. I've got matches lined up Mon, Tues and Wed. Lets plan on my courts for Thurs at 5:30. I will also let you know if something happens to one of those earlier matches. Like maybe Mikeler has a bad shoulder, a sore ankle, a bad elbow, or his wife wont let him play.

    Your USTA captain.

Some or all of the above are always possible. If it works out better for you to play Mr. Fish on Wednesday, I can always switch to Thursday.

The majority of my wardrobe comes from the Nike 192 outlet. I have been shopping there for years. It used to be even more amazing. Once I got a women's Barca jersey made in EU, not China for 19.99, which you can never find over here. Now more tourists know about it. When my family comes over, they go crazy. You have to catch it on the right day though. I have been out there and found nothing, and I've been out there and brought home a big bag of gear. I ran into a guy who coaches locally out there once buying bags of stuff, looked like for a certain pro shop or the bay.

The best time to buy there Bridget is on Saturday early in the morning..around 9-10. We have a beef with one middle eastern buyer that come every other day and CLEAN the store. They always look for the tennis products.
Last time we saw them they bought about $5,000+ easily in products.

By the way, happy their is a Barca fan here...:)

We could be talking about the same guy, how funny is that. Thanks for the Sat AM tip.

I have always liked Barca, but they are so good now with Messi in top form. I wish Jose M was their manager though I dont have anything against Pep. Jose is going out of his mind trying to beat them. Manchester City is starting to look similar form with Kun Aguero. Argentina has some of the best players right now with Tevez, Aguero and Messi.

So you are quiet a fan eh??:) Yeah Messi is amazing, I just want him to do all those goals he do with Barca, but with the Argentinian jersey!! We did have this conversation with Tebow(his from Brasil) about how much talent from Argentina and Brasil lately, but so hard to make them work together when they play for their national team.
Wish Man City does a good season, with Kun, Tevez and Silva we will see nice goals for sure.

Playing that Coyfish guy tomorrow at Blanchard around 11ish (if all the courts are not taken). A hard court in the heat of the day, so not my usual home court advantages. :)

Because I'm your friend and I know Kevin's game, I'll give you THE tips. Never go for his backhand. Always go for his forehand, specially go for those shallow balls because he never puts them away.;-)

Take it easy on him. I have him on Thur on my hard courts.

I was watching a little of the Open coverage on The Tennis Channel. I just cant stand listening to Martin Navratilova. Any one else feel the same?

I smell a setup here. Reminds me when I used to play the local Jeff Davis league. I played this one guy and was trying to do some scouting on the league leader. He told me they played tennis in college together and NOT to hit it to this guy's backhand. So I played the guy and fed him mostly forehands the 1st set and got bageled. Once I started going more to his backhand the next set was a tight battle that I still ended up losing.

He's young, he'll be ready for you. Not a big fan of Navratilova. Sometimes Johnny Mac annoys me too but other times I enjoy listening to him.

I like Navratilova. Actually she is one of few female commentators I can listen. She knows tennis and says it as it is. Her voice does sound like Lurch's at times tho. MJF is very cute but not very knowledgeable. Davenport is good. (S)Pam Shriver is the worst. On the man's side, Johnny Mc and Brad Gilbert are my favs by far! :) Cliff Draysdale just initiates 'mute' button on my remote control. That man should stick with his desperate housewives of Miami. Mats Wilander is another terrible commentator.

I really like when Brad Gilbert and Darren Cahill broadcast together. Both of those guys have such a deep understanding of all the details involved with the game.

Yeah, Pat M. is pretty good. Are you talking about the two British guys on Tennis Channel? They always call the player by their nationality. "...And the Spaniard takes the first set".
