Ha! I had to decline zap's offer for tomorrow as my wife is already going, and I have to cart the kids around. As I told him in an e-mail, I never thought I'd say this, but I can't wait until my oldest gets her license. Then she can start carting her sister around...

Yup, Bruce is still around. I was playing dubs with him every sunday for about a month but he took a break due to a sore shoulder. He's back out and playing.

    IRAD!!!!

Congrats! I took it last Friday in Bethesda. Only got 75 questions but it took me over two hours. Which also put me driving home (in a cold panic and sweat) in rush hour traffic, sure that there was NO WAY I had passed that exam. It was ridiculously hard! And let me tell you, I studied my arse off!

But we passed, and that's alllll that matters!

Three of my friends had preceptorships at Belvoir and they loved it there! One in ED and one in OR (and I think the other med-surg? NOt sure).

I wish I would have arranged to take some time off after the exam though. I am plum exhausted.

It looks that that but females are less strong than dudes becuase god made sure that males are the physically dominant species. I will destroy serena in an arm wrestling contest

I dont know this genie. but if shes 19 she can make her won decisions. I myself would probably feel creepy about it. but then if shes famous enough to wehre I cuold tape it and hock the vid to somone for some cash id probably do it. but I wouldnt enjoy it, unless she got popular like kim kardashin for doinf nothing but bangin some guy on camera. At this genie girl has some disernbale talent.

I walked past the lemonade stand many times, but no Zap.

Very impressed by Alize Cornet. Sorana Cirstea has a great bh, but her flat forehand misses too much. Rybarikova is fun to watch, as she has a lot of variety and comes to the net. She serves and volleys, which I don't understand, because according to TTW, women don't do that. I'm not sure what happened to Kerber...she is incredibly streaky. Her lefty serve didn't bother Rybarikova at all. And I got to see the Petko dance live. She prevailed in a three setter against a rising Argentine, Paula Ormaechea. She just kind of ran out of steam, but had Petko in trouble in the first set.

Haas/Dimitrov match was GREAT tennis. Delpo/Anderson was a serving snooze fest. Isner almost got taken out by a resurgent Baggy...he will always have trouble when playing against people who can return the serve and make him work in the point. Nice to see Baggy playing good tennis again.

Already? Dang! It's got nowhere the flex especially around the throat that the Exo Tour has. Guess you do like your stick with very little flex. Nothing lower than 65 for you cb! haha

    yawn! What's up TWMAC.

Sup and Mikeler - I will be in Orlando this weekend for Sat and part of Sunday.
Not sure if you guys are really that close, but I doubt I'll be able to get any tennis in though. I'm bringing my daughter to visit her cousin for a birthday party at a resort.

Hmmm.... maybe I can get my older cousin to do a little baby sitting while I get on the courts for an hour or so.

You are about 3 hours away. If you can't play tennis.. forget about it. If you can play tennis and make wookie noises.. I may make the drive.

Mikeler is in the tampa/orlando area (joke). Actually I think he is very close.

Read Mclovin's description of his matches if you decide to play him. Also please regulate which balls he uses.

    jk.

Have fun wookie.. wish you were closer.

Yeah, wish I could guarantee a match. This was a total last minute thing. In fact Mrs. Wookie is staying home.

I've heard of Mikeler's legendary drop volley. Must be damn good to give McLovin a run for his money. Oh well. Maybe next time....

Probably going to spend most our time by the pool baby-sitting the kiddos, but I may sneak some tennis in if I can....

Wait a minute.... r u telling me that u are NOT supposed to snap you're wrist on serve or forehands? No wonder my wrist ligaments are shredded. I have to totally relearn how to put spin on the ball once I take off my splint!
I wish one of my coaches had told me not to snap my wrist on serve... geez.
Sup gets credit for mentioning I should buy Wrist Assist although I thought he was joking?
Maybe ill actually be able to hit a kicker now that I know I was not using proper technique. ..or I won't be able to serve at all any more. Dunno!

I've also told you not to go to Adidas. Hopefully this isn't a trend.

Maybe I should go Adidas. I would confuse 99% of the people who know me.

    McLovin,

Have you tried Performaxx natty gut? I was using Pacific Classic too & was liking it quite a bit. Just strung up some Performaxx's 16g Touch. Looks very promising. We'll see how well it compares to Classic.

Where are you staying? I've got matches lined up this weekend already. Got Sectionals next week for the 40+, 4.5 league so I'm trying to play a lot to get my stamina back in the heat.

Get back scratch out of your head. Hit your serve like you are throwing a ball. I still hit the back of my head with my racket a lot because I thought my shoulder problems were not getting into the back scratch position.

    Whats a back scratch?

I just taught myself how to serve by crushing them as hard as possible.

Although I did have a coach show me the basics of the kicker. Not sure if mine was textbook but I used to get hella spin on that chumpy.
