My actual grip size is smaller than what the ruler and hand measurement would have suggested i use a 5 inch grip. 4 5/8 feels good as does 4 1/2. But I sued to use 4 3/8 when I blasted mad kickers so maybe I should try that again. but then I had some minor arm pain issues that went away when i went 4 5/8 grip.

4 1/2. Other than my brief stint w/ the Yonex 4 3/8, I've always used 4 1/2. Never measured, just use what feel good.

Do you have a ruler nearby to measure your hand/grip size?

Used to use a 4-3/8 but got way too wristy on forehand groundies. So, the 4-1/2 or sometimes closer to 4-5/8 grips help tremendously.

Edit: according to the the guide Sup, my hand measures just right under 4-1/2 - so 4-7/16?

PMan - can you customize mine to 4 7/16 grip size? And also add another 1/8 inch to my junk?

Lunch is a lotta kai rabert with system of a downs.

mclovin -- adding an 1/8 inch to my junk IS going big. eff my life.

pman -- i was in nova yes. did some clandestine drive by with downs and had kai rabert. i may have ordered 6 orders total of it. i have a clan of hungry monkeys at home. also i may have bought/stolen/got suckered into buying down's broken stringing machine.

downs -- when i ordered yours crazy thai hot -- the guy looked at me and asked, "are you sure?". i told him it was for system of a downs and he said, "say no more, say no more." also wondering why you had to schlep your parts out. i wound up just ordering ALL of the parts minus the handle and will sort it all out when they arrive. i'm stealing the vibe dampeners because i only have rubber bands at the moment.

What team won the 4.5+ Sectionals for the Mid Atlantic section? They seem to have the hardest flight to win.

I'm not a salad person, but I just got back from Mexico and salads are about all my stomach can tolerate. It was a good time, but, unfortunately, Pacifico isn't an antibiotic.

Everyone I've talked to at work today seems to think so. Hopefully they'll come up with something at the last minute like they did last time.

That's where we differ. I've already got a 10AM tee time setup. Weather is supposed to be sunny & low 80s. In fact, that's the forecast for the whole week, so as far as I'm concerned, they can take the whole week to hash this stuff out...

    Tennis Transfer Question

    Hey guys,

So I have this question that I hope will get answered. I am currently 19 years old and playing for a D2 team. I am a transfer and only received 18 credits because two of my classes were remedial. I just found out that I am not eligible to play tennis for the whole year at this school. I was wondering if I could transfer after the fall semester, and go to a D3 school to play. Can I do this or do I remain not eligible.

Just as would be expected for my 2nd outing of the year: 52 on front 9, was on pace for a 46 on the back but had to McBail at the 18th in order to make HS practice.

So long as the weather is sunny & 80, Congress can take all the time they want...

Cut the lawn, wash the car, work on my iPhone app, then hit some tennis in the afternoon (already did items 1 & 3).

If still off tomorrow, I've got boating plans, and for Friday, I'm going hiking.

bumped into lavar arrington today at the jerk. super nice guy. didn't want to comment on the foreskins this season. facial expression doesn't look like he's holding any high hopes.

got the chicken curry , a beef patty and jamaican kola champagne. now for my afternoon nap

Just finished a nice 2 hour match. Does anyone else here have issues with the sun during the fall months, as well as when the ball moves from sun-shade-sun?

I hate to make excuses, but I had a hard time following the ball during the 1st set, which I lost 7-6. It was real bright on one side, and the court was batched in sunlight, while the other side was partial shade. Then in the 2nd set the sun went completely behind the trees, and I was able to track it better. I won the 2nd set 6-0.

    McLovin,

That first time we played was in October. I was definitely not happy with the lower fall sun peering in and out of the clouds. Lobs to your opponent on the north end are deadly this time of year.

I have never ssemed to have a problem with the sun. I always would hear people complain about it. But I guess for some reason it has never bothered me.
