Correct on the hat. I've tried it, along w/ sunglasses, and I feel as though my field of vision is affected, especially on serves. Maybe I'll give it a try again, but it just bothers me. On the cramping...it wasn't anything severe, just that I'd move in one direction too quickly & I'd start to feel it happening. I'd pause, maybe pull back a bit, then it would go away. These really were extreme conditions, and to be honest, the best thing I could have done is drink a gallon of water BEFORE I stepped on the court...which I didn't.
