I'm 1 and 1. I don't wanna have a losing record. You don't seem to be as bad (at tennis) as I thought.

Shcmad, what could you possibly be doing on a Friday night? Come play some tennis, then we'll get some margaritas at Guapos and I'll hook you up with the waitress "Moldova" who looks like this:

I might have transportation issues on Friday. That's why I'm not committing to it. I'll see what I can do and let you guys know.

Real funny, Sappy. Nice trick tho. You're expecting me to say "Sappy, you're on. I'm gonna pwn you like a noob" but no. I'm not playing a ladder match against you. Anything can happen and I don't wanna risk losing.

As far as a 'big' meet...well, seems we would need a few more pictures and then Sup would organize it.

Why does JRK not have to post something?

Yeah, and why does PP not have to post anything? Not that I'm questioning the jefe. Or am I?

So, will you guys be at Nottoway? Or are you suggesting another, different place?

I was supposed to be out of town, but my plans are now up in the air. As long as I can figure out what the heck is going on from the posts, I may come out.

JRK...in case I am still in town, can you post time/place for Friday evening? I'd like to hit with some demos, just for fun.

I do like that picture of you and your friends...I always wonder if your black eye is real or make-up!

I will keep my eye (just my left one) on the thread! Hopefully I will be at the beach, but like I said, my plans are now suddenly all up in the air.

re the meets, it seems to me its always teh MD peeps going to VA, so i say teh VA peeps go to MD. but it seems like its just mini meets, so thats that.

more improtantly, got to hook up with the striker again tonight. basically, he played at 55% and still crushed me. easily. like hammer to egg. i did double fault like 24times though. i have never ever served so badly. sad thing is, it wouldnt have made much difference. all i was missing was raisin on my bagel:(

great great fun. loved it. will have to do it again, and this time make it a ladder match!

Hey yall- just got back from College park out there in Merlyn (that's Maryland for Maryland Peeps). Got a good solid 3.5+ hours of tennis in.

Played the dude from the base on indoor clay. Started slow but picked up the pace. Beat him 6-3, 6-0, 5-1 - we didn't complete that last set as I had to run to meet Zap. Have to give the guy props, he said he's 50 and he moves very well. I couldn't push and had to go for my shots and hit well. I'd rate him a high 3.0 - low 3.5. He said I should be a 4.0 - go figure.

Have to say the College Park Tennis Center is AMAZING. Wish I had a few $mill - I'd open up one like it in VA out my way. The indoor clay was so-so. Seemed like loose dirt on top of a fairly hard surface. It was a bit dry and slippery. But it was indoors.

Next up was Zap. I pulled up and zap was hitting with some dude who was slamming the ball. Zap was holding his own it seemed, but the guy was hitting a heavy ball. After moving my car away from metered parking ($1 for 30 min?????) I got on court.

I'd already played about 3 sets, so I was hurting. Zap was hitting well, but his serve was a bit off since we didn't do a proper warm-up. It was either and DF or ace. We played two sets. I was too hurting to play a real ladder match. It was fun though. Zap even pulled out the under-hand serve.

    Zap - we'll hit again.

    No extension! No Surrender!

Chop it off a pic .. no timeline needed. As long as its you, its from your account and you are showing the proper body part.

    That is all.. continue...

    *tick tock.. tick tock*

p.s. severn valley looks nice. There are a lot of places that will host us. I recall some in Bethesda and one in Rock Creek.

    So far, we have:

    My eye
    Xisbum's mustache
    Hwood's nose
    Shcmad's (???) hair and forehead

What about the rest of you? Get it done! (wow, I think I miss 'teacher mode')

topaz is like sup's 2nd knuckle. his middle knuckle connects to your face first but the 2nd knuckle would kick you in the balls right afterwards.
