Oops. Gotta mcbail on saturday; my generic Lotto shorts came in, and I promised Sup I would take his Sunday clinic when I had a complete Lotto outfit to show.

Sorry, guys, but I always keep my word. ;-)

Bri is all about Dora. I almost got the Williams sisters model till Serena went after that line judge.

Bri already requested lead at 9 and 3 and it's now strung with Alu rough at 60lbs ;)

    BTW- Good hit tonight Magma.

I live at Dover Park Condominiums, right off of Lee Hihgway on Windsor Drive in Falls Church. If anyone wants to hit with a 3.0 (at best) just email me...Jefferson park is great, and Pine Spring, though not as nice, is even closer to me.

I would hit with you, but I have a policy about not hitting with atheist commy bastiges :)

That and I live really far away. Youll find somebody to hit with though.

Welcome to the TWMAC where to get along you must consume mass quantities of JO.

To the Saturday hopefuls - I can play if it's early. I need time to recuperate before facing Sup's clinic boot camp early Sunday a.m.

Let's decide when and where quickly. Wanna try Nottoway at 9?

And Zheng, we welcome anyone regardless of religious beliefs (or not), political beliefs (or not) and parentage (or not). ;-)

However, Chrissy fans may have to pay a tax. :)

Read this article this morning and it brought back found memories of TFM's gigantic baby girl. Ah the good ole days.

    Indonesian mom delivers a 2-foot-long, toddler-size baby

    TODAY staff and wire
    updated 8:31 a.m. ET Sept. 24, 2009

He’s a bouncing baby boy who could break a knee — a mother in Jakarta, Indonesia, delivered a 19.2-pound, 2-foot-long child on Monday via Caesarean section.
The as-yet-unnamed baby’s arrival, chronicled on TODAY Thursday, was marked by a cry that sounded more like a roar and an appetite of epic proportions.
The big baby, a weight record for a newborn in Indonesia, although a bit short of the world record of 23 pounds set in 1879, was likely caused by his mother having gestational diabetes. And even though mom Ani was saved the grueling task of pushing the child out herself, the surgery to bring him into the world was still touch and go.

“This heavy baby made the surgery really tough, especially the process of taking him out of his mum’s womb,” Dr. Binsar Sitanggang told Agence France-Presse. “His legs were so big.”
Big may be an understatement. The child was born at a birth weight that nears that of a year-old toddler, and in a picture taken of the baby alongside a normal birth-weight newborn, he seems triple the size.
Doctors explained Ani’s diabetes likely caused the child to receive too much glucose in the womb, accounting for his massive size upon delivery — but so far, so good, in terms of the newborn’s health.
Still, the wide-mouthed male proved to be a handful and then some upon his first few hours in the world. “He’s got a strong appetite, it’s almost nonstop feeding,” Dr. Sitanggang told the news agency.
“This baby boy is extraordinary; the way he’s crying is not like a usual baby. It’s really loud.”
The TODAY hosts dropped a collective jaw in eyeing a picture of the newborn — and then the jokes began. Al Roker commented on Big Baby lying next to the swaddled, normal-size newborn, saying, “He looked [over] and said, ‘Oooh, a burrito! In my belly!’ ”
But Ann Curry said the outsize child may be a special gift to his mother, who has three older children. She commented that Ani has “more to love” with her newborn.

^^^I would be up for that...at the very least the doubles after. My exam is at 9...could probably 'drop in' for the last hour of clinic and the doubles afterward if it happens.

Can't do clinics on back-to-back days, and 3 hours would be a bit much on these old legs. Maybe the youngsters can hack it. See you Sunday.

we went to my double-super-secret courts.
    ----
sapient got to experience the full Dats tour of the area
with guide dog. we played some good tennis with our
player's racquets. i still love my 12.4oz yonex racquets, but
it definitely points out areas where technique is poor.
i (still) need to work on my cross-court forehand and sap needs to work on his serve with his.
    ----
when we were rallying, Sap would dropshot me...giggle..and then lob me... when i would turn around and give him the evil eye
he said he just played TFM yesterday.
the young grasshopper is learning quickly the ways of the master!
    ---
we had a great match except i was disappointed in his sportsmanship when he wouldn't shake my hand after the match. wth?

despite my loss. i paid his dog to krap at every 20mins on the dot (we both noticed that dats only brought exactly 1 plastic bag for poop). the joys of watching dats picking up **** with:

    1. random paper towl ball that prob has a used condom inside
    2. plastic bag
    3. said plastic bag with poop already stuffed
    4. blades of grass

to top it all off, dats dog decided to run around with an acorn dangling out of his *** while vitor chased him down.

    money.

so everyone going to JRK's secret cave for the afternoon tennis session??

    JRS,

Not that I think of you a lot, but after that devastating year of the wookie most bad things remind me of you. *shrug*.

However on occasion there are some nice things that remind me of you. Like waffles, tsonga celebrations, wookie yelps, colt 45, lando, jerk chicken, rolling hard in the paint (wait that's HW) and now.. of all things.. FOX has announced the:

Now JRS will be stuck on the brain for a while.

P.S. Get Bri's cartoon self something decent to wear. Something to cover up the serena backside. Also check the middle child's DNA for Sappy fatherhood. Word.

^^^Speaking of JRS and Sup - I'm off again next Friday. Maybe we can lure some other TWMACer out and play some real dubs.

That is, if you guys are still interested in a nice Friday morning. We should decide early if we want inside or outside play.

Sup, see you soon, as Darth Lotto. ;-)

Did you get the lotto shoes?

Speaking of Lotto .. aka winnings.

MRHAN and AUZZIE. PLEASE PICK YOUR LADDERS WINNINGS.

Its been a very long time and if you don't maybe I will forfeit them to someone who does an extraordinary act. Like say Datsveryinterestin going through one whole clinic without cursing at the AC unit or getting angry. Sappy for hitting three overhead serves inside the service box in a row. Something. If not, then I will hand it over to the plethora of homeless people off Rt 7 in Falls Church. They could use a new pair of Nikes.

    You've been warned.

I'll text MrHan. Not sure I have Auzzie's cell number.

What 5.0. What are you talking about?

Sup you should post a video of me hitting those horrible backhands. And let everyone rate it like a 1.0.

Then down the road post the FH vid and see what they say :)

i think it's great that the JRK and i agree on sup's rating. as said before, we'd vote higher if we could.

    edit:

sup, DC's oktoberfest was rather disappointing to say the least. it was filled with full fledged home less beggars along with organized charity beggars. outdoors beer stations was only found at one street vendor and i was throwing a fit when learned that i can only drink my beer in the roped off area of the street (we all know how slowly i drink). WTF. i was hoping to to see steins, das boots and barely clothed drunk heidi klums. instead the only think i found interesting was a petting zoo, some random redskins cheer leader and Miss D.C (whom grew up in long island, jolly's area).

~rises glass~ for hopes of better days next year
    [IMG]

p.s i'm sure all of the above rolls hard in paint.

I was just being a smart-ass... I couldn't even see the record you posted, it was blocked at work.

I bet the Lions break their losing streak against the Skins! Then you guys can really boo them.
