i hate to be capt obvious.. but center court of LM has EAGLE EYE.. so i expect my $10 contribution for a fully operational eagle eye.. which tells me speed, spin and we have challenges about every other play...

and i expect JRK and i to do the wave during the eagle eye animation.

    Eagle Eye is a ripoff.

You watch it on TV and everyone is all like

"WHOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" as it zooms in on the mark.

and "OOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" as it shows its out.

It really sounds like thecrowd is into it.

Then we get around these Legg Mason tourney poeple and we ar3e the only ones making any noise it really blows.

Sup had a gun. I cant remember what kind it was, coulda been a bushnell.

It read higher than 110 but all my fast ones down the middle didnt get read because my gut was in the way. I topped out at 127 and TFM lost a beer.

Some Vitaly Evchenkov guy was there and some New Zealander looking guy said my ones that didnt get recorder were faster than that.

I doubt I can hit over 100 now. If TFM hadnt skated out on his bet with that Jollyf@ger guy he could swoop in and bet me again and get his beer back.

um ok so i will look into this more tomorrow. again, no promises.

this is pretty obvious but of course center court is NOT open to anyone so i am going to only allow MAC members that have joined way way back.

as for Hawk Eye thats only during the tournament, and it's actually set up by Hawk Eye the company. they travel tourney to tourney. its not a tournament thing. and i dont have radar gun either.

    so right now we got

    1.downs
    2. auzzie
    3. schmad
    4. tennismonkey
    5. schap
    6. sappy
    7. hollywood
    8. Paulman
    9. Topaz???? (please come!)

i am taking myself out because i figure its rare chance for those coming to hit on center court so i will give up my spot for others to get more hitting time in. you guys dont want my sh1tty tennis anyways.

details to come tomorrow hopefully. again no promises.

sappy -- call me dood. goat soup tonight. yay or nay?

even roddick stopped wearing his ankle braces auzzie.

how are we going to measure serve speed on centre court of legg mason if we don't have a radar gun? zap can you contact TW and see if we can do a Video Review of their radar guns and we'll submit it for them to put on youtube.

    * ack just checked. they don't sell a radar gun or anything. i thought they used to.

okay somebody have an iphone with that radar gun app?

and am i the last person to find out who tennismonkey really is last night?

they're not cool anymore? i wish i were wearing them for looks. takes me 10 minutes to get my feet/ankles ready to just step onto a court.

    he's/she's a real person?

i stopped wearing my ankle brace after my ankle healed. i liked not worrying about the ankle, but taking 10 minutes to lace em up wasn't fun. and that was just one. i've been looking at those supportive ankle braces that you don't have to lace up. just slide em on over your socks.

i'm probably ok to stop wearing them now, but after having both ankles injured a month apart from each other a couple years ago is something i am trying to avoid ever happening again. and they feel good!

I will donate 5 bucks per hour we are there.

I will also not bring a grill.

Food wise maybe just go somewhere afterwards and chill.

And what is the exact start time?

Auzzie, let me know what your demo demands are and I will bring some stuff, I'm thinking you may like the new dunlop Bio 400 tour.

Can someone bring me a serve and a backhand?

Gotcha, so court time really is 3-5pm. After 5:00, it'll pretty much be pitch dark. I'll get my 15 mins in early for my $20!
