    You didn't receive a written report as well?

    Sometimes techs can't talk to you about it, doesn't mean it is good or bad. Assessment of the image is not part of the their responsibility, and they can get in big trouble if they tell you something and they are wrong.

    Do you have a follow up with the doc?

    thx topaz. I got a CD of the img. I haven't tried to open it yet.
    followup is next week. doc says if its a tear it'll need 3 more weeks.

    To all my Korean hookups: where can I find hite beer around rockville? I just brought a couple pkgs of very good pork belly. I am going to get some kaibi morrow. must find some Korean bud...

    Here's yet another choice for you hard-hitters planning to visit Elvisland:

    http://www.facebook.com/#!/events/196329007148319/

    I can see a team of HW, Sup, PP, Schmad and JRK, if he's still tinkering with tennis. You could show these country rednecks how to grip and rip.

    BTW, watched a little of a big meet between traditional black colleges - Tuskegee, Moorehouse State, Albany State, etc. - at this site today. Saw some pretty good tennis.

    tachi's awesome. I had been going to them up to 3 yrs ago. I've been doing their weekend lunch sashimi special. Back then, it's like $13, for very high quality sashimi, a bowl of rice, a grilled salmon head, and a salad with miso dressing.

    Don't know what it costs now. It's really busy there. They also have a out of this world thanksgiving buffet. Only thanksgiving weekend, you book a 2 hr block for a sashimi and cooked food frenzy. It's like $50 but you get your money's worth.

    any other sushi places i need to check out?

    edit: they are still decently cheap. i'm not sure about the dinners but we went straight for the rolls and it came out to be ~30-40/pp. not bad for decent rolls. i've had makoto, sushi taro, matuba and sushi ko in dc so please don't suggest those. i'm looking for holes in the wall type of joints off the beaten path.

    it was sooo good! i asked for the plaka special, but their burner wasn't working...or something...so they made that thing? i think it was a lamb / beef gyro -- and i vaguely remember the works chicago and plaka style thrown in there...

    funny enough, the only place i've been to in that list was matuba. And I thought I was playing more for decor than the food.
    Yuraku in Germantown used to be the spot for great sushi at an awesome price. However, the only thing I go there nowadays are their buffet and speciality rolls. Sashimi quality doesn't taste same as before. Not good and Not bad, just different than before. Their sear white tuna seawood salad is really good still.
    I haven't been to any sushi restaurant for the past 8 monthes (wife is pregnant). Oh yeah, there's a called Sushi En. New hole in the wall place but I heard sushi is very good.

    if u get a chance try and let me know. hmm. I may go there today or the new sushi/chinese buffet place in GBurg called Hibachi.

    new place in dc called kushi is pretty good tho pricey being in the new convention center area. IMO they do a better yakitori than their sushi. they've been putting out living social 50% off deals so it makes it worth while. not having to drive is def a plus.

    back to tacibana. i thought their fish was fresh. maybe a little too heavy on the sesame oil but otherwise good. i find their rainbow roll disgusting but i guess exotic rolls is the name of the game.

    if you want a good deal for fresh fish in the DC area, there's another place named kotubuki close by mutuba which dishes out decent value considering the area. the selection is less but the food is good.

    sushi taro just sucks now after the remodel. they've jacked up prices while decreased food quality.

    komi next door to sushi taro is still the best joint in DC. too bad it got rated as #1 in washintonian as they've jacked up their prefix to be 120/pp.. the good old days of 70/pp is over... ~sad~

    This is the same Matuba in Bethesda right? Have you tried their conveyor belt sushi lunch buffet? If you can stand just eating salmon, tuna, and a very few other fish, it may be worth it.

    Okay I think I'll head over to Habachi for lunch today.

    My Hibachi trip turned to a subway trip. I know I'll overindulge if I go these places. With no exercise for the past 3 weeks, I better lay off the cow shoot.
    I had me a 500 cal footlong chicken breast sub. Taste just as if I struck my tongue out while mowing my lawn. yum yum!

    Oh yeah, that's a great idea! Let our captain know!

    Or, we really should be practicing on clay, too. Ideally.

    I can't wait for AQ to make us that awesome cake she posted earlier! :)

    eating is not just eating.

    (X) eating scared = prison eating

    (Y) eating with zap = 2 * (eating scared)

    X = Y

    X = 2 * X

    Zap = 2 * Prison

    2* Prison = Federal Prison

    eating with zap = eating in a federal prison = no thanks.

    sappy -- there's a lonestar near my house. come up and let's get some cheap steak.

    zap -- eating with the sap is an experience. with the exception of the one time he picked a sushi joint where the sushi chefs were all mexican -- he's never picked a bad restaurant. also highly likely to order stuff that nobody ever orders on a menu. good times. you guys are both in DC - you should hang out.

    coolblue -- auzzie from the twmac wanted to know about your review of the bastidge core 30. i told him i hit with it for 20 minutes or so but it's got potential. especially since he likes flexy sticks.

    I saw auzz on the wanted ads going for a rebel and warrior. they are relatively slightly stiffer racquets. I don't mind trading. but I believe he is not local, right? or else we can just trade and hit. but ur right, it is really flex and really comfy. thx for the advice on lead last time on the 3/9. definitely made the sweetspot go lower.

    wow maybe trading racquets is a better way to go.

    auzz: let me know what kind of kangaroo racquets u have if u r interested. Or if u can ship a couple of dingo's over, we can do a swap as well. Always wanted one for a pet.
