I actually wanted the XC-90 in that color, I thought it would look cool (well, as cool as a Volvo SUV can be) but sadly they only use that color for that model car.

It would be hard for me to pull off the SGT Slaughter. His jaw is just huge, but pro werstling wise if I found someone to to paint some tatoos on me i could do probably do Bam Bam Bigelow.

Obvioulsy the dudes back ion the day playin basketball called me mankind so I could go as man kind as well. At least that way I woulnt have to wear one piece singlet.

But I dont think Cosplayer are looking for Bam Bam Bigelow. They want like Vash the Stampede or Kensin or somethign like that. Not some fat guy weraing tights.

Were you guys div 1? I think Magruders were at that time. I think our team (RM) didn't do too well.

Yeah, Div 1. I had a lot of good friends that went to RM, in fact I went to RM's homecoming and prom as well as my own prom. I went to another prom in DC as well... I was a busy boy. ;)

I got suspended (5 days) from Magruder for fighting once and so I decided to visit my friends at RM for lunch. I figured nobody would know I didn't go to that school. Sure enough, some security guard sees me and says he doesn't recognize me. I tell him I'm new and give him a fake name. Just as I think I've gotten away, the girl I went to homecoming with sees me and yells my real name and comes up and gives me a hug.

    Busted.

Haha, well there was a reason I enlisted in the Navy after HS. See the world, get drunk, fight people, get tattoos, etc. Sounded like a good time to me.

I'm more civilized now... I drive a Volvo for pete's sake.

OK I might actually do this Cosplay 18+ thing. SGT Slaughter is out. Im not gonna shave my head to look like Bigelow.

I have narrowed it down to two options if Im going with a wrestling theme.

    Tugboat.

    or the one man gang.

one man gang was also Akkem the African Dream. So I guess I could also be Akeem.

yeah, first job was doing P&T (perf and tuning) gigs at various client sites. Unfortunately, most clients hire short term P&T consultants when their app's and systems are already slowed down and already has their company president breathing down their IT mgr's necks.
I remember talking to our Engineers in the bathroom sometimes as that's the only place where I can get some privacy.

yeah, when you're stuck in Minneapolis in the middle of Winter, there's not much to do.

I hate all you non-dieting food mongers.
I had spring mix with feta cheese, hard boil eggs, and a tablespoon of bacon bits.

So what are some of the steps that people in the DC area are taking to prepare for hurricane Sandy, if I may ask?

You think you're better than Cuba? The reports say it already killed 11 people in Cuba, and that is likely a gross underestimate...

Cuba has the best baseball players of all time, but the embargo won't let them travel to win the global prizes and medals.

That would be fun. I was just thinking that I need to start playing golf again. Last time my friends and I played at Rock Creek Park my friend was doing doughnuts in the golf cart and his GF flew out and broke her arm.
