tension retainer bags

    hehe, string tension retainer bags?

    Strings lose tension in a bag or not.

    All the bag does is help protect the string from the elements.

    It does look cool taking a racket out of a bag. People gave lots of stares after i did this action, until i actually hit a ball! haha.

    couldn't something like a bin liner protct it from the elements?

    Yes it is probably cheaper to use a garbage bag. Less cool.

    would a bin bag protect it from hot and cold like a tension retainer bag does

    No plastic bags going to "protect" the racket string tension if you put it in the sun or extreme temperatures.

    i just throw a silica packet or two in my racket bag so there is no moisture
