THANK YOU TENNIS WAREHOUSE !!!

    I placed an order for my demo racquets (Prince Diablo Mid and Midplus, Volkl Tour 10 V-Engine Midplus, and Yonex RDX-500 Midplus) on Tuesday.

    I placed my order then because I saw that the Volkl wasn't going to be in until September 16th and the Yonex wasn't going to be in until September 21st. I live in the western part of North Carolina and knew that (or at least hoped that) Hurricane Ivan would be through our area by the time I received the racquets.

    I checked my order this morning and found out that my racquets had gotten back in early and were going to be delivered today.

    You could not believe how disappointed I was :( ...knowing that my racquets and Hurricane Ivan would both arrive today...hard to demo racquets in 4 to 8 inches of rain. :cry:

    I e-mailed you (TW) this morning and explained the situation (about the dates listed for the racquets return and Hurricane Ivan on its way).

    Within a couple of hours you (Michael Figueroa to be exact)
    had e-mailed me back and told me that I could keep the demo racquets until September 27th (instead of returning them on the 23rd).

    I just wanted to say THANK YOU and to let you know that you're customer service is SECOND TO NONE.

    This is why I order all my tennis supplies - racquets, strings, shirts, wristbands, overgrips, etc - from you!!!

    You don't realize how much I appreciate your help with this and the fact that you allowed me to keep the racquets several extra day!!!
