Just wanted to give some feedback on your international service...

Ordered some stuff on the 7th and it arrived today (in UK)...thats simply an amazing service and quicker than online shops over here. I will be ordering from you more often!

    Keep up the good work!

damn i'm not even sure of the date today but that is very quick service. I ordered something from subside (soccer shop in England) before and was surprised how quickly it came but I don't think it came quite as quick as your stuff did:)

I ordered about $130 of stuff the other day. The tax came to £26 on it. Fedex sent me a bill.

I have ordered 4 times and 3 times have been taxed. I guess it can just be lucky. There is a minimum though so maybe nick was under that.

All arrived very quickly, great, great, great service. If it wasn't for the tax I would use it every time.

whats the minimum? from what i have read the tax is just VAT, so an extra 17.5%. doesnt sound too bad

It's just your luck, I order stuff from TW or from just america quite a few times a year and I can only re-call being taxed once last year, even though atleast 10 items came through, Including 2 rackets (one from tw, one from the FS section)

It's a bit more complicated than that unfortunately:
    http://customs.hmrc.gov.uk/channels...ntent&id=HMCE_CL_001454&propertyType=document

Essentially it's VAT (normally 17.5%) plus duty at varying rates

The minimums are not a lot:
Customs duty - if the amount of duty is £7 and over.
Import VAT - if the value of the goods is £18 and over.

The TARIC code for Tennis stuff is 9506510000 (yes I worked it out!) and if you got to

    http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_custom...untry=----------&YesNo=1&Indent=2&Action=1#OK

And enter that and USA as the country or origin and you get......

    4.7%

As JonnyF rightly says, it appears to be luck whether it gets through or not
