The back arch on a topspin serve

    For a topspin serve when you arch your back are both your shoulders suppose to be going back sideways also? Or is it that you kind of twist your body so that you are arching your back and your hitting shoulder is more sideways and your non hitting shoulder is straight up with your arm?

    Try to bend in your knees, and not too much in your back.
