    My favorites are:

Poly: MSV Focus Hex 1.10mm(it just works really amazing, love the feel and spin)

Syn Gut: Gosen OG Sheep Micro 17 (Just get a Reel of this because it is only $29.99 from TW. You will find yourself using it a lot if you are stringing for others or using hybrids)

I don't really use any other strings because I am happy with these and I don't want to get disappointed by other strings anymore.

This list should surprise no one as Protennis63 is one of the multiple usernames of one of the principle owners of a web site that distributes these products. He uses the TW boards to shamelessly promote his wares. Guerilla marketing aimed at deceiving unsuspecting TW message board participants. Tsk. Tsk.

    NRG2 best multi? what??

best multi would be x-1. some great polys that havnt been mention are SPPP and Kirsch PL2. you can get syn gut, but multis are better. some good cheap guts are KLIP legend and armor-pro, or you can try Gaucho or Global.

WeisCANNON - the whole line is great, IMO, and based on testing that you can link to on their USA website.

Hey Jerry, Nothing for nothing, but accusing someone is kinda tough. You can say anything about me as well or about anyone who has a favorite string or racquet. I don't think you have a solid proof. Just a bluff maybe. For instance, based on previous replies you promote (or you maybe just a fan of) Laserfibre and Weiss Cannon. So what is that makes you???
I personally think that Silverstring is the great product, so what is that makes me? Maybe you need a beer to cool of your balls

Yea, i thought that list looked funky. I think Proline2 and Pro hurr tour are the best polys out there today, and all others fall behind.
X-1 biphase and XCEL power is the best Multi.

i've used pro hurricane for a while at 18g (my fave gauge of it) and found that it was far inferior to luxilons..

Sorry, but I don’t believe in Hybrids unless it’s with Nat gut or special design like Tornado/any round poly to achieve something like extra spin.
This my personal thought and I know a lot of people would disagree with me.
Iso Speed Classic is very soft. From mine knowledge it is a Multi but done with heat process + skis base components = makes a very durable and soft product.

My personal favorites are Hybrids, because I tend to prefer them. A Nat gut or GREAT multi in the mains and a GREAT Poly or Teflon coated copolymer in the crosses.

    Hybrid favorite:
Babolat VS nat gut mains and Luxilon BigBanger Alu ROUGH crosses

    Hybrid favorite wet weather:
Laserfibre Supernatural Gut Prostock mains and Prince RECOIL crosses

no.. a multifilament is a string made up of many tiny fibres of string.. sometimes they are layered..

they are used alot in hybrids to soften up a harsh poly or used as a whole for a softer feel
