I just returned from turkey and seen there the biggest tennis resort ever, it had 62 tennis courts!! Wauw, the staff was amazing, they had multiple tournaments each day for different levels, mixed doubles etc etc.

Has anyone seen a resort which was bigger then this?

Yeah, i was checkin out turkey on google earth, a place called Belek, near Antalya. I was cruisin down the coast and it was one mega resort after another, side to side, for miles. Nearly all of them had multiple courts, some with huge numbers of courts and it seemed like every other one had a water slide park. I've never seen anything like it anywhere else.

Check it out, some of the pictures of Antalya are gorgeous with snow capped mtns over the mediterranean.

I went to IST for the ATP 250. My hotel (Conrad) had 3 red clay courts. Came out to $11.50/hr to rent the court! Amazing value.

IST was nice. Great architecture. But a long bus ride out to the venue. And traffic is worse then here in So Cal.

    Thanks. That's impressive.

But one thing to remember: as you get further away from Istanbul and closer to Syria, things get dicey. I know earlier this year the US State Dept have a travel advisory for Adana, which isn't very far away.

i played at the itf seniors event this april.
can highly recommend it. more than 70 clay courts in overall very good condition.
the club is beautiful, well maintained. staff is very friendly.
food is good and the all inclusive package makes it easy to gain a few pounds over the week:)

Club Ali-Bey ... if you are watching your pennies you can stay at hotels 5-10 minutes away for half the price with it being approximately 80% of the quality. For example Lyra Resort hotel which is on the sea. That was the case at the last couple of seniors world champs where quite a few Germans and European players did this instead of using the official ITF hotel.
