The captains that do know and intentionally get those players don't get DQ'd. Most of the DQ's happen because of captains who don't know what they are doing and/or players who honestly misrate without knowing what the levels are.

We seem to be seeing more lax thresholds for strikes this year. Maybe due to the 2 year gap? Lots of A and S rated players who have appeared to be over the strike range 3 times and nothing being done.

Possible, but doubt it. Strikes are happening, and a month ago when I looked at it and wrote on the subject it was a higher rate than a normal year.
