Ironically, I was the only one who joked around last year that Hitman shouldn't be both a participant and a host last year, for the sake of having a chance to win the Djokovic award myself LOL. He still stepped down from contending for the awards.

If it has to be done, I won't be counting votes for myself now.

the thing is, it doesn’t have to be done.

asking Hitman to not count his votes because he’d have the best shot at winning is pretty low. Him being a host doesn’t have anything to do with it.

I'm sorry guys, but @Doctor/Lawyer Red Devil can't be nominated. There is a reason why Hitman could not seek a TTW award last year - because he was the promoter of the 2018 TTW awards. The rule of non-participation of organizer exists due to neutrality of promoter.
It wouldn't be fair towards Hitman, that we could now vote for promoter of TTW awards. Think about it.

I'd suggest Doc doesn't participate now but I wasn't even in the top 3 for the last two years. Would have to take a few more fellow Novak fans out of contention lol.

No reason really. Hitman didn't include himself last year because it was his choice in the end. "The rule of non-participation of organizer due to neutrality of promoter" is just thin air. But since people started changing their votes, I am out of this year's edition.

From 2020 there will be no limitations.
