Great to hear from you BP! :)

I am well. Hope you can say the same!

As for the BioMax 200G, it just 'felt' right to me, and the power seemed controllable. I think I COULD use it effectively, but prefer the Wilsons at the end of the day. I would be remiss if I failed to mention I now have all of my frames customized to my target specs, and Geoff strings them so their is tremendous consistency. That goes a long way toward making for a more 'seamless' transition. :)

    Corners!

All my old TW Peeps. Great to hear from one and all. :)

Yes, I ran out of AK90's. I break quite a bit of string and the stress the frame experiences from being frequently restrung seems to leave them mushy pretty quickly (or else time flies.....or both!) :) And I never really warmed up to the US BLX or current Pro Staff BLX 90's, though I like the latter a heck of a lot more than the former, which I found very 'muted'. ;)

How about yourself? What are you playing these days?

Hi there! Stringing stress - sigh, has caused the untimely death of many good frames. Yeah, the 1st BLX didn't have the Pro Staff feel, at all, probably because it wasn't braided; the most recent version is OK, at least it's braided, but I guess the lack of Kevlar leaves it feeling not quite the same. This class action paintjob lawsuit against Wilson might end up getting the Fed layup restored to the next iteration.

I'm still using AK90s, primarily. I had three HPS 6.0 95s at one point, then sold two after deciding the frame might not really be the replacement I was looking for. Now I regret that, as it's the nearest I've found. I'm now actively looking for a 98+ frame that can do everything better than the 90, including connect me to the ball. Seems a fool's quest. But I really feel I need more forgiveness, as I was never so hot to begin with and am only getting older. So the search continues. Have you hit any other midpluses that tempted you in the past couple of years?
