She tried to diss Serena, throwing shade through a Tweet
Sugarpova didn't know though, how soon they would meet
Serena destroyed her, her 10th straight defeat.
Pova's face was so sour, now isn't that SWEET!

Lol, no wonder she took another thrashing from the Queen. Although today Serena was quite merciful. Next time it will be an olympics type of result again..

So what? Sharapova is right. Players need to shut up about their injuries and if they are not fit to play, don't play. It is in poor taste to constantly talk about your injuries and suggest that is the reason your opponent won (even if it is true.)

The problem is when they meet on the tennis court, Serena is the better player. But with that said, Sharapova is the more beloved star.

    Q #1 ... who is Sideshow Bob?

Q #1 ... notice the deformation in the right breast? Yes, S has always been buxom, but a year or so ago she got more that way ... at least, that's teh way it looked to me. Her boobs started bouncing to high heaven--a wardrobe malfunction waiting to hapen--thing is: when they come down after having been up or sling sideways, you can sometimes see an unnatural-looking curve underneath ..... have you noticed that?

I really dont know. Maybe its pectoral muscle under her breast? Does hitting the gym define the muscle under the breast? Im not a woman so dont know.

Those puppies are big so maybe just gravity?

Weakest WTA era ever when a part time player like Serena at almost 32 can become #1. Then again, slamless wonders like Safina, Jankovic and Wozniacki were #1. Clown era.

lol good call ... I never knew that character's name! :D ..... true they are big and always have been (she takes after oracine, while venus takes after richard) ... but they seem bigger the past year or so ... after one of those long layoffs in 2010 or 2011, she came back with lower necklines and more bounce in her step than before

Serena in the past 52 weeks is 64-4 with 8 titles (and another final tomorrow).

    She has played:

    (Fed Cup)
    Miami
    Charlston
    Madrid

    Rome
    Roland Garros
    Wimbledon
    Stanford
    Olympics
    Cincinatti
    Us Open
    Instanbul YEC

    Brisbane
    Australian Open
    Doha
    (Dubai scheduled for next week)

So she is on her 14th tourney in 52 weeks, 15 if you include Dubai, and has won OVER half of them.

    Hardly part time.
And Safina/Jankovic have not been a mention for 3 years,

Doping? Only answer. Only answer to anything here so I'm getting in there first.

Zlatarenka vs World Number 1. Who we having? QueenV for me, obvs. Should be a corker.

she did beat Azarenka not that long ago, YEC 2011
And today I didn't see that "level" of difference

Yes, I know she beat Azarenka before but Azarenka has dominated the h2h for the past 7 times. When they are both at their best, Azarenka wins.

As to your comment that you can't see that "level" of difference after watching the match today in Qatar, I say, I think you need some glasses.

P.S. I am no Azarenka fan or at least I was not before, I am starting to warm to her a little more.

point1- serena posted it to her twitter, so if you are following her twitter then you have nothing to complain about.

point2- sharapova is clown. she bites serena's style and takes serena's leftovers...

Azarenka is as much of a pigeon for Serena as Radwanska is Azarenka's pigeon. Serena has to be LOL at the #2 #3 and #4.

    Serena is:
    11-1 vs Azarenka
    10-2 vs Sharapova
    4-0 vs Radwanska

I can agree that Serena is a level above A-Rad, I also admit last year Azarenka was more dominant and had a similar advantage, but not this time around. Beating Radwanska 3,3 in 1.5 h is not exactly a beat up, it's a solid win, that's all

I don't think that Serena focuses like a laser beam against Azarenka as she does against Sharapova. Hence, Azarenka plays her closer but cream rises to the top and I expect Serena to close this out.

Azarenka ******* Serena off with the hand reminds me of a great line from a Jim Croce song,

You don't pull on Superman's cape
You don't spit into the wind
You don't pull the mask off the Ol' Lone Ranger
And you don't miss around with Jim (Serena) :)

That's a shame. 0-30 up with a chance to break back and Victoria makes nothing of it. 3-1 RedFoo.
