The "H" in jesus?

    Anyone know what the "H" in jesus stands for when people say "Jesus H. Christ!"

    H could maybe be Hierosolymae, that means of Jerusalem, or it could Hierusalem, which means the same.

    I don't know. I think they must teach it at coaching school since the only persons I've heard use it are coaches. Just so you know, they didn't tell us at seminary. :)
