The inside tag of my B7 ripped, would I still be eligible for the guarantee?

Somehow the tag inside the tounge got ripped. Would I still be okay with that?

And I plan to ask for you the new CC Feather instead of a replacement B7. Do you guys think they will likely accept that?

    Thank you all!

Yes, so long as you have the original receipt. (My tags would always sweat-off on my worn out CB2.3s)

Can't see why they wouldn't let you have the Feather, but probably depends on who processes the claim.

Question, how do you guys ask for a different pair of shoes? I am about to send in my pair of B6s soon, and want a specific pair of B7s. How do I go about that? Could I slip a $5 or a $10 in, and that gets me what I want? Or...?

Many people just put a little note in the box. 9/10 times people get what they want, although it also depends on if it is still made/in stock or not.
