Then you should decide how much lead you want to put on there.

are you trying to keep the balance the same? adding it at 6 should keep balance somewhat similar. 3 and 9 should add stability, and 12 will make it more head heavy.

I do 10grams at 3-9 and 10grams at 10 and 2. I like 10 and 2 because it moves the sweet spot up a little. And 2 overgrips. Racket specs out to be about 13.4oz and 6pts HL.

but thats just me. Its up to you and depends on how you play and how you want the racket to play. Are you looking for maneuverability? power? sweetspot movement? stability?

I have 12g added to all of mine (or close to maintain from frame to frame)

2g at 3:00, 2g at 9:00 at upper side of PWS
2g at top of grip - 1g each flat side
6g under the grip on the pallet - dispersed around.

Also use Wilson Leather Grip and an overgrip. Throw in a dampner and my frames come in at 375g strung. (see my sig)

i added some lead tape to 3 and 9 on mine but felt that it was getting too head heavy. took it off and put some on the handle and liked it much better. it weighs 13.9 now strung with one overwrap and a dampener.

Fine but if you want to keep the balance you will need to add some to the head as well and probably the neck. The frame comes HL so just adding to the handle will only increase the HL.

what advantages are there to adding at 12?
