Totally worth it at just about any price. If only for the fun of stringing it, since it has one of the coolest, weirdest patterns around -- and an odd number of mains if I remember correctly.

Solid, responsive frame with great feel. You can really give the ball a ride with heavy power and spin. Needs some lead in the handle.

    Cool, I can get a 9/10 for about $20..

Yeah, it has a 19 and 17 stringing pattern..How old are these racquets?

Anyone else have some opinions? I'm really tight on cash and wonder if its worth the $20+shipping?

Yup. Way ahead of its time. And 1989 was too early. I was thinking of the regular Mystique that Arantxa Sanchez used in her first RG final. This one is definitely the XTC, from, I don't know, 1992 - 1994 or so. Nice deal.
I would be all jealous if I did not already have one.

Mine is about 7 points headlight and weighs 13.1 oz. but I have a leather grip and I built it up from a half to a three quarters.

I am guessing that a stock one is 1 to 3 pts HL.
Off the shelf, the weight is near 12 ounces.
The head is a very generous 95. Aerodynamic, too. Feels like a 98 Volkl C 10 Pro, but with the coolest string pattern, sort of like a Prince Vortex or an old Dunlop DP.

I currently have a lot of this model racquets in new condition with varied grip size (from L1 to L4). I don't know you are interested to buy this one in your collection or not. But if you are interested, you can send me an email at
    t o m m y 4 2 3 0 at google mail dot com. The cost is $30 plus shipping fee. Pictures upon request.

Although they are new and never used before, the original replacement grip is not good anymore because of....time. So, you absolutely need a new replacement grip for this racquet.

    Thanks
