Is it possible for someone (male), to win all 4 grand slams and olympic gold medals in single, doubles and mixed-doubles in the same year?

If someone did that, would they be the GOAT?

    What do you think?

It is possible, but you'd have to take into account a few other factors, such as most Masters 1000 titles won, and most slams won, and things like surface-streak records and most consecutive years winning one slam or more.

I can't imagine anyone doing that in my lifetime! Peak Federer I suppose had a non zero probability of achieving that because of Martina Hingis, and obviously he is capable of winning men's doubles with Stan.
