Similar problem here. I added a leather grip and 2g each to 2&10. Much more solid than I imagined but a bit slow on volleys and struggled to find the groove on slice backhands. Played great in single but s***ed in the following double (had got a bit too tired then admittedly). I plan to reduce that to 1g each next time, hope that would not impact the solid feel too much.

Lately tried the PB10 Mid for the first time. Never thought i'd find a frame that is as sweet as the Blade 93 2013, but i think i just did. The PB10 has both awesome feel and control in a very arm friendly package. It is also surprisingly powerful for a mid, which is probably due to it's relatively open string pattern (given that i'm used to play with a 18x20...). Very solid frame.

I just switched to this racquet; couldn't be happier with it right now. Some time later I'm going to try a Fairway leather grip on one of mine.

Thoughts on moving from a PS90 BLX (white/red) to this stick?

I switched from that to the PB 10 Mid earlier this year. For me, of course, the biggest difference between them is the box beam feel of the 90. The PB feels softer and I think it's a tad more forgiving. If you're accustomed to the 90, then the heft, swing weight needn't trouble you. It has very good stability albeit just a little less than the 90, and I feel it comes around quicker through the contact zone. Overall, I found the switch seamless.

I can't find a lot of info on grommets for the PB10 mid. I'm in Germany actually and can't find them anywhere for sale online. Do the Organix 10 mid grommets work? Those I do see... I picked one up on the bay here but the seller failed to mention the lead under the guard from 10 to 2. Not AT 10 & 2... Multiple layers from about 10 all the way to about 2. Balance feels about even with all the lead and it swings like a tank (and not in a good way).

Lol I have 3 PB 10 Mids, all that stealth black/anthracite color with fairway leather grips installed and Yonex Supergraps in Yellow.

I play with 4 grams of lead on the pallet underneath the leather grip.

Then I also added about 6 grams to the 12 o'clock position on the frame. So the rackets typically weigh between 363-365 grams, when fully strung up, with the dampeners and overgrips.

Hi Guys, I am currently playing with an Organix 10 MP and looking for reasons to join this club.

Can anyone compare the O10 MP with the PB 10 Mid?

    Is it really more demanding?

    Thanks!

Oh man, the stealth black PB's with fairway grips must look so enticing. How does it feel? I'm planning on installing one on one of mine.

    There's a joke I could make here....

But seriously.... Does anyone know if the Organix 10 mid grommets (specifically the head guard) would work on a PB10 mid?

I live in the netherlands. I have a head guard set for a pb10mid, if you send me your address I'll send them.

Might need some warming up before they fit. I found out they don't actually fit that well.

I wont be using the grommets, I play with a donnay now. If you cover the stamps im okay :)

considering this racket to replace my pog's mid tours. i just break strings way too often in that 14x18 pattern and this seems like a good contender as a replacement
