Yep,but a common placement for upping the static weight, there is probably some weight(silicone) in the handle too.

That racquet is probably at 340+ sw, is that normal for WTA ?

Btw,could you guys specify what made you choose this particular model ?
Cant demo this one but i have kept my eyes on it for a while.
I do like the possibility to be able to change the specs, and to have room to match 2 frames, with the "normal" one at 345g + the Q/C factor they could be at 350+ without og and dampener, and i would prefer to keep it at or below 340 "ready-to-use".

Oh and how do the 2012 and the previous compare to eachother ?

Are you all looking forward to the new "spin effect" 6.1 95 rackets?

OK. Played with mine tonight. Didn't like it at all. So a brand new (1.5 hour of use) six one team for sale. 4 1/2 grip. I'll put it soon in the classified. Email me if you want it. pourkijiji at live.fr

    reviving this thread.
bought the early BLX team today (RED/GOLD/BLACK).
this is more towards the Ksix tech.
    18X20

for a light stick, it feels so evenly balanced and with enough stability.
first time i can produce decent slices! this is so fun.
i'm pretty cool with all the rest of my strokes.
for a first time i think i will like to use it.
really dig the scalpel aspect it gives, while still being comfy, with tons of feel.
no problem going back to 95 from 98. didn't have too many shanks.
might do a bit of tweaking. plowthrough is still questionable atm.

i have one question: how do i find the EXACT grommets for this model?
BLX team is usually the red/white newer version..
how will i know which are the right grommets?
