I did a test on my racquets to see if they were the same in terms of balance. I did the test where you place a stick through the throat area and let the racquets balance themselves out. I've noticed they arn't exactly aligned up when doing this test. ie one's a little bit heavier in the handle. Playing with these racquets, will there be a terrible difference?

I dont think that it's going to make too much difference if they are ~1pt headlight off.

Saying I swing with the exact form everytime and strike the ball the exact way, will there be a difference there?

Yes. Will you notice it? Probably not. Unless your rackets are WAY OFF, there's not much of a problem.
