That is one crazy looking shoe. It's like what you'd imagine an 8 year old with a packet of pastels would come up with to win a colouring in competition.

Because it's one of our best selling shoes and every time they are in stock, they fly off the shelves. The ladies love colors! That's why :)

    OK, thanks!

I didn't realize that colorway was for a ladies shoe.

Now it makes sense. Not sure that many men over 30 would wear that colorway though. :)

When did "colorway" become part of the lexicon?

Anyhow cool shoes - where's the men's version please?

Just curious as I prefer plain black

You can find the men's version here: http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpage.html?PCODE=AMGR4NO

Still a few sizes left, but we didn't get a fresh batch of them because they didn't sell as well as the ladies color.

Because the mens color is not as good as the womens.

My wife has a pair of these and loves them.
Also saw a few pairs on women at the Georgia 55+ Combo Doubles State Championships.

Try a new color combo for the mens in a better combination of colors and they would sell a lot better.

Dang you TW. My wife just got a pair of the all white Asics and now I had to purchase these for her because she loves the colors. Oh well, guess that frees me up for a purchase. :)

I have found working in the industry (actually golf AND tennis equipment) that there are two types of people that play these sports, exciting ones that love colors and expression and boring ones that only want all white or all black. Neither is right or wrong and both buy a sh*t load of apparel and shoes, I just hate it when the boring types judge the exciting ones. It's never the other way around. Not from my observation.

By the way, I think these shoes are awesome. I wish my wife or my daughter played (although my wife would be in the boring category of players so she would only want an all white or all black shoe).

I'm wearing mine right now! I wear them to work all the time because of how fun they are and the second I leave work and emerge from the TW world, I usually get at least one comment/compliment on them if I go to the store or am even just walking around town! :)

My sister wears them to the gym (not a tennis player) and my Mom rocks them too (on the court, in the gym and around town) -- they literally are fun shoes for anyone who isn't afraid of a little color :) Plus, they are super comfortable!

So Michelle, I think we can say you are not boring! LOL! For the record, I am currently playing in the Courtballistec 4.3s in gray and atomic red (basically hot pink) and I think they are bad @$$. I get compliments from my high school sons and their friends (and I am well over 30 knocking on 40).

    Haha definitely not boring! :)

I, too, love the atomic red colors on all the Nike shoes at the moment!

Asics in general also does some great things with color! The other brands are slowly joining in on the color train! We tell them all the time, COLOR IS IN!

Then you should have no problem wearing a pair of these yellow/pink/aqua/purple/blue/red/green/white Asics shoes, right? You should order a pair for yourself. I'm sure you can find a size to fit you.

BTW, I wear a variety of different color tennis shoes........but just not ALL on the SAME pair of shoes! :)

Trust me BP, if they made these in a men's 14 I'd be all over them and my wife would say WTH!!! LOL!!! We have interesting conversations in my house about style. At least Michelle can wear a bunch of different base colors in her outfits and not look tacky!!!

If you have more of a narrow foot, we say 10.5.

If you have more of a medium/wide foot, we would suggest an 11!

    Rock those shoes! :)

    Hope that helps,

haha thanks tw, curly hair in a pony tail with a tie die tank top with white shorts would look sick with these shoes. I can "man up." and so pull this off.

You should rock a Guns & Roses tee shirt or something like that. Guys would lose the first five games of the match looking at your gear before they realize they're getting their butts whooped!!!
