Is it just me, or does anyone else have blisters on the side of the thumb...

I think it's due to serving, because every time I go practice my serves, I get this blister. For my other blister, I usually wrap it in tape but this one is more difficult and uncomfortable because it's at the joint where the thumb bends...
Any advice/ solutions for this blister problem?

how often do you play and how often do you get blisters? i use leather underneath supergrap and it is pretty tough on the hands. i rarely get blisters though, and usually use tape if i do. i guess you could drain it and hope it heals quickly...

I also use leather under an overgrip, it's winter now, so I rarely play, but when I get the chance, I go out and practice my serves for 1-2 hours like today. But I'm not really sure if its a callus or a blister, what exactly is the difference?

a callus will be really hard, dead skin that builds up and is rough, but doesn't hurt. a blister would be soft with fluid under it, and would be uncomfortable (and probably pop) if you played with it.
