I play with yonex rdx 500 mp and i would like to use this string. At what tension should i string it in order to have good control but not a stiff feel? Also, is it truth that timo can cause tennis elbow? Thanks!

I never had problems with it, even at 60 lbs on a 18X20 string patterned racquet.

iI played with timo 110 in my rdx500mp at 56 lbs (constant pull machine, might translate to 60-61 lbs on a "lockout" machine) and had no problems...on the other hand, iI used it in a volkl t10mp at same tension and started to develope soreness in my arm (go figure)........

I use it at 48 on a HPS 6.0. I don't feel like I have lost much control compared to when I had it at 55. Gained some power and lots of comfort though. At the lower tension the ball just seems to sit in the strings and wait for me to tell it where to go. Tons of spin too.
