Tips on bending your knee's?

    HI TW people
    Yea, recently i just played a tournament and got 3rd place, losing to some kid that is top 50 in CA. Im 16 and 6'2", and the people there who saw me play said that my stance when hitting ball is too high.
    I mean bending my knees is so simple but when playing tennis, i forget. and i practice everyday but it never seems to work... Well, i think its mostly becuase of the habit of hitting the ball standing up straight.

    So what can i do to help bending my knee's?

    well when ur practising you can try hold your shot finish position for 3 seconds after youve finished it and see if your knees are bent,
    if so u can adjust, do lunges do strengthen ur legs etc.

    Uhmmm...you don't FINISH the shot with bent knees.

    I practicied today and i did bend my knees but i need to bend it more. but what i realized today was whenever i bent my knees more i ended up hitting the ball at it's low peek. so i bent my knees and it of the rise and it helped a lot!!!!

    but my dad and his friends still say i need to lower my posture!!!
