HI TW people Yea, recently i just played a tournament and got 3rd place, losing to some kid that is top 50 in CA. Im 16 and 6'2", and the people there who saw me play said that my stance when hitting ball is too high. I mean bending my knees is so simple but when playing tennis, i forget. and i practice everyday but it never seems to work... Well, i think its mostly becuase of the habit of hitting the ball standing up straight. So what can i do to help bending my knee's?
